Match Tickets
Match tickets will be issued on the coach, on the day of the
match. |
Coach Seats
Coach seats will be allocated to each passenger to enable families
and friends to sit together. It is the responsibility of the your
party organiser to see that his/her party are sitting in the correct
seats. |
Departure Points
When traveling North, i.e. Liverpool or Newcastle, the coach
will commence from Caldicot, then to Chepstow, Lydney and Over.
On London bound trips, commencing from Cinderford, then Lydney,
Chepstow, Caldicot and Bristol (Aztec West and Eastville). Picking
up points are required when making your bookings. |
Comfort Stops
En-route we will normally stop at Motorway Service Stations,
for refreshments and toilets. The duration to comply with the
legal requirements of the Driver. We will have toilet facilities
on board, on most trips. |
On Board Refreshments
On most trips, we will be offering a selection of hot and cold
drinks and usually a selection of crisps and a selection of chocolate
bars. |
Arrival Times
It is our aim to arrive at the ground approx 12.30pm for a 3pm
kick-off and 1.30pm for a 4pm kick-off. Evening matches about
2 hours before kick off. This will ensure plenty of time for a
meal, drink and a visit to the souvenir shop etc. |
Crowd Segregation
We usually obtain the match tickets via the Home Club.
Therefore Away Teams Colours and Scarves etc. must not
be worn.
If in doubt, please check with us before you travel. |
Lost Property
The club is not responsible for any items left on the coach.
If you do leave any items on the coach, please contact the coach
company direct. |
